Yes, a $250 damage deposit is required upon booking to secure your item reservation and dates. If all items are returned and in the same condition they left in, this deposit will be returned. Additionally, this deposit acts as a non-refundable fee if you cancel within 14 days of your event.
Pick-up and drop-off times will be scheduled approximately a week before your event. The address will be shared with you at this time as well.
All items will be boxed up and ready to go, but please ensure you bring your own trailer or have sufficient room for transportation.
The rental period can be booked for as long as 5 days. For example, if your event is on Saturday, pickup can be scheduled for as early as Thursday, and drop-off can be scheduled for as late as Monday. There are no extra fees for renting within the 5-day period.
There is no minimum spend for rental items. However, if you would like delivery of your items out of town, there is a minimum $500 spend.
Yes. There is a range of charges depending on distance and amount of rentals.
Standard Delivery would include $100 delivery/pickup fee. There is no minimum order for delivery within Regina.
Premium Delivery would include $250 delivery/pickup fee + cost of trailer rental. Minimum $500 order for delivery outside of Regina. Mileage charges apply to deliveries outside of Regina.
Set-up and take-down services are based on availability. Charges also depend on the amount of rentals, and the time required to be at the venue. Please reach out if you are interested!
No. All items will be inspected and cleaned after drop-off for you. You are only responsible for packaging up the items properly and returning them in good condition.
Final payment is due one week before your scheduled pickup.
The cost to replace the item will be taken from the damage deposit. If the cost is less than the damage deposit amount, the remaining amount will be returned.
No-penalty cancellations can be made up to14 days before the event. If less than 14 days' notice is given, the damage deposit amount will become non-refundable.
